R.C.I.A.

R.C.I.A.  (Rite of Christian Initiation of Adults) is under the direction of Philip Boettcher.
This is the Church's process for  bringing individuals into membership in the Catholic Church through the clelebration of the Sacraments of Baptism, Confirmation and Eucharist.

"Initiation is a gradual process that takes place within the community of the faithful"  (RCIA, #4)
